Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements
• Preparation of domestic/ foreign subsidiary financial statements along with analysis of subsidiaries operations and share periodical business inputs
• Prepare consolidation adjustments and workings, including eliminations of intercompany transactions
• Preparation of required financial data for Deck/Board Meeting
• SEBI LODR RPT Reporting
• Support audits by providing required financial documentation
• Assist in improving the consolidation process for efficiency
Qualification, Skills & Competencies required:
• IND AS /New Regulatory changes related to LODR, Companies Act and RBI
• Proven experience with financial consolidation processes
• Knowledge of financial consolidations, eliminations, and segment reporting
• Experience in working in SAP ERP, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
