About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate builder to join us as a Product Manager. This is not a single-product, narrow-lane role. You will be flexible across the spectrum at Doto Health, moving between hardware and devices, AI/ML capabilities,



software platforms and field programs wherever the business needs you most.
You will own problems end to end: getting out into the field to understand users, turning insights into transparent product direction, working with engineering, design, data science and clinical teams to ship, and then going back to the field to validate. We are looking for someone who goes above and beyond, takes ownership without being asked, and is energised by building from 0 to 1.

Key Responsibilities:
• Discover and validate on the ground: Conduct user research, usability testing and design research in clinics, hospitals, and rural and semi-urban settings to understand user needs, workflows and pain points. Validate every major product decision in the field.
• Own the product lifecycle: Take products and features from concept validation through development, pilot, launch and scalable deployment, across hardware, software and AI-enabled soluti
