Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive with a strong customer-focused and sales-driven mindset to drive conversions and revenue for Ace Blend. The role involves handling customer leads, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and building robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads and customer enquiries across calls, chats, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products based on their requirements.
• Drive sales conversions and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and customers to close sales and improve conversion rates.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales follow-ups.




• Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Coordinate with the marketing and customer support teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Stay updated on Ace Blend’s products, offers, and the wellness/nutrition industry.

Requirements
• 2–3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in D2C, wellness, nutrition, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets.
• Customer-first approach with a strong sales mindset.
• Comfortable handling calls, chats, and customer conversations.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Preferred
• Experience in a D2C or nutraceutical/supplement brand.
• Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or custo
