Role Description The Senior Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving in-store revenue and delivering a high-touch, personalized customer experience. This role involves engaging customers on the shop floor,
understanding their preferences and stories, and guiding them through QWEEN’s self-discovery jewellery experience. The Senior Sales Associate will manage the sales cycle from greeting and product discovery to closing sales and post-purchase follow-up, while maintaining visual merchandising standards and product displays. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries, demonstrating product features, managing billing and inventory-related coordination, and capturing feedback to improve store performance. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, supporting store operations, and collaborating with management to meet sales targets and uphold QWEEN’s brand values.
Qualifications
• Solid retail sales and customer engagement skills, with experience in premium or luxury products.
• Proficiency in relationship-building, client servicing, and consultative selling to create personalized buying
