Role Description:
The Human Resources Executive will oversee end-to-end HR operations for a growing, infrastructure-focused organization in the blockchain space. This full time remote role includes managing HR policies and procedures,



handling employee relations, and supporting hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. The Human Resources Executive will partner with leadership to design and implement HR programs that align with business needs, including compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations, resolving HR-related issues, and acting as a trusted point of contact for team members. The role also involves contributing to culture-building in a distributed team environment and supporting HR data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee core people processes across the employee lifecycle.
