Job Description – Sales & CRM Executive (Digital Marketing)
Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate, confident, and customer-focused Sales & CRM Executive with 3–5 years of experience, preferably from the Diamond & Jewellery Industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, lead follow-ups, sales conversion, customer relationship management, and digital customer engagement across various platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, good knowledge of jewellery products, and experience in handling customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, calls, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and social media platforms.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Explain jewellery products, diamond details, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Assist customers with order updates, product information, and post-sales support.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth order processing and customer handling.
• Maintain and update customer records, inquiries, and sales data regularly.
• Resolve basic customer concerns and ensure timely responses.
• Customer Engagement & Coordination
• Support customer engagement activities across digital platforms.
• Share product updates, offers, and promotional information with customers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for customer communication campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining brand image and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales, CRM, Customer Relationship Management, or Digital Sales.
• Prior experience in the Diamond & Jewellery Industry is strongly preferred.
