Role Description The Field Sales Executive will work on-site in Delhi, India in a full-time capacity, engaging directly with hospitality businesses, including restaurants and hotels, to promote PackFo Solutions’ packaging products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and visiting potential customers, conducting product presentations and demos, and building robust relationships with decision-makers. The role involves managing a sales pipeline,



negotiating pricing and terms, preparing quotations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will also gather market feedback, track competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales activities and outcomes is expected.
Qualifications
• Strong field sales and business development skills, with experience in B2B or hospitality-related sales preferred.
• Ability to conduct client meetings, product demos, and negotiations with clarity and confidence.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and mobile apps for lead tracking and reporting.
