THE PROSPECT
We are looking for a Senior Leader in Business Development to lead out-of-house client acquisition and strategic partnerships for BrandScienze. This is a senior commercial role for a proven sales leader who understands how branding and creative services are sold — someone who can hold consultative conversations with CMOs and marketing heads, translate business challenges into compelling creative briefs, and close complex, long-cycle mandates. You will own the revenue pipeline, shape our go-to-market presence,



and directly influence the agency's growth trajectory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Develop and own BrandScienze's business development strategy — identifying target industries, building a qualified pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term retainer clients.
▸ Lead senior-level client conversations with CMOs, Brand Directors, and Marketing VPs; position BrandScienze's capabilities as strategic solutions to brand and growth challenges.
▸ Drive the full pursuit cycle — from strategic prospecting and needs diagnosis through proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
▸ Build and nurture a strong network across sectors such as FMCG/CPG, Real Estate, Retail, BFSI, and D2C — generating consistent referral and repeat business.
