Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Greater Vadodara Area.



The specialist will promote ReLife’s services, build relationships with families, referral sources, and community partners, and support enrollment growth across child and adult programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, managing inquiries, conducting consultations, and providing clear information about services, processes, and benefits. The role involves developing and executing local marketing initiatives, coordinating events and outreach activities, maintaining a social media presence, and supporting digital campaigns in collaboration with internal teams. The specialist will track leads and conversions, prepare basic sales reports, support training and education sessions for partners, and ensure a professional, empathetic experience for all clients and stakeholders.
