Role Overview – Finance Controller (Global Operations)

techsofya is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and strategically driven Finance Controller – Global Operations to lead and manage complete Finance & Accounts function across our company's global operations.

About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of all group companies, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, effective cash flow management, budgeting, taxation, and financial planning across multiple countries. This is a leadership position requiring strong ownership of the entire finance department, with the ability to manage day-to-day accounting operations while providing strategic financial insights to senior management. The ideal candidate should have experience managing finances for a multi-entity, international IT services or consulting organization, with a solid understanding of cross-border transactions, intercompany accounting, project profitability,



and international financial regulations.

Responsibilities
End-to-End Finance & Accounting Management
• Take complete ownership of the Finance & Accounts department across all company offices and legal entities globally.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.
• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities for all entities.
• Maintain accurate financial statements, including Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Establish standardized accounting processes, policies, financial controls and reporting practices across all locations.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, depreciation, accruals, provisions, and other accounting adjustments.
