Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager to own and grow the KKE Wash Systems business across Western India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh). Based out of Mumbai or Pune, you will be responsible for the region's revenue number end to end: building the sales plan, leading and coaching the field sales team, developing a dealer and channel-partner network, and personally closing large and strategic accounts. This role suits someone who has sold capital equipment through long, consultative cycles, enjoys being in front of customers, and wants to build a region rather than just manage one. (part of KKE Group) is a leading manufacturer of vehicle and industrial washing systems: automatic rollover car washes such as ArrowClean, tunnel washes, bus and truck washes, wheel washing systems for construction and mining sites, self-service bays, high-pressure and steam cleaners, and dust suppression systems. Our customers include car wash entrepreneurs, automobile dealerships, fleet operators,



bus depots, logistics parks, construction, mining and cement companies, and government bodies, and we supply 55+ countries. Western India is one of our most significant growth markets, and this role will lead our expansion there.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the Western India revenue target -- build and deliver the annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan for the region across car wash, fleet, construction/mining and industrial segments
• Lead and develop the field sales team -- hire, train, coach and review Sales Officers; set individual targets, run weekly pipeline reviews, and accompany the team on key client visits
• Close large and strategic accounts -- personally drive high-value opportunities (tunnel and rollover washes, multi-site fleet and depot projects, construction and mining wheel wash systems, tenders) from first meeting to purchase order
• Build the dealer and channel-partner
