We are a Singapore-registered B2B marketplace for aviation parts, operated by Tabbdoc Aircraft Pte. Ltd., connecting buyers, sellers and sourcing agents across 27 markets. We are now building our Bangalore team, and we are hiring across two tracks.

TRACK 1 — AGENT ONBOARDING ASSOCIATE

Our agent network is how the marketplace grows. Agents are independent aviation professionals who bring their own supplier and buyer relationships onto the platform. Your job is to find them, bring them on board, and get them active.

What you'll do
- Identify and approach aviation professionals who could become TabAirTrade agents
- Take them through verification, platform training and account activation
- Keep the onboarding pipeline moving — follow up,



unblock, and close
- Build long-term relationships with agents once they are live
- Work with the sales and sourcing teams so onboarding lines up with network growth

What we're looking for
- Graduate in any discipline (minimum qualification)
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior work experience is an advantage, not a barrier
- Clear, confident communication — most of this role is conversation
- Organised enough to run a pipeline of fifty conversations without losing track of any of them
- Comfortable working with people across different countries and time zones
- Exposure to aviation, aircraft parts, MRO or airlines is a strong plus

What you'll earn
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000
