Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized consultation, and supporting them in selecting jewelry that fits their tastes and occasions. Responsibilities include managing client appointments, maintaining client profiles and follow-ups, handling inquiries, coordinating with store teams to ensure an exceptional in-boutique experience,



and assisting with after-sales service. The role also involves supporting boutique events, contributing to client engagement initiatives, and ensuring that brand standards are upheld in every interaction.
Qualifications

• Client relationship and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client preferences, and deliver a high-touch luxury experience.
• Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify client needs, present product options effectively, and support the achievement of boutique sales targets.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with strong spoken and written proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages in Ahmedabad is an advantage.
• Organizational and coordination skills to manage appointments, follow-ups, client records, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility, with an interest in fine jewelry, design,
