Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills, along with the ability to identify trends, generate reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from databases.
• Perform data validation, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze business trends, patterns, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and analytical summaries.
• Work closely with business, operations, finance, and other teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes and improve data workflows.
• Track KPIs and provide insights into business performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, and analytical processes.
Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database querying.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and visualization techniques.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and basic analytical methods.
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
