About the Role
Our CA firm (Pathak Verma & Associates) is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive (Account Manager) to support day-to-day accounting, taxation, financial documentation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in TallyPrime and MS Excel, and a willingness to learn and develop practical expertise in a professional Chartered Accountant corporate office environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledger posting, and voucher recording.
• Record and verify purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment transactions.
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Assist in the preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
• Support GST-related activities, including invoice verification, GST data preparation, and return filing assistance.




• Assist with TDS calculations, documentation, and return preparation.
• Support Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and other tax compliance activities.
• Maintain organized financial records, invoices, supporting documents, and client files.
• Assist in audit-related documentation, account verification, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accounting statements, reports, and other documents as required.
• Coordinate with clients for collection of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned accounting and compliance tasks.
• Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
