Role Description The Asst Manager Sales role is a full time, on-site position at various locations in the country. The individuals in this role will manage sales activities for coffee & commercial kitchen equipment and related services, including prospecting new clients,



nurturing existing accounts, and supporting key customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with revenue targets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, installation, and after-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Asst Manager Sales will also track market trends, participate in promotional events, and provide regular sales reporting and forecasts to management.

Qualifications
• MBA is highly desired. Engineering degree will add value. IHM or Hospitality courses may also be considered
• Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Experience in any field sales domain is required, with some preference to F&B; or Durables/Electrical product
