Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Associate role based in Nagpur. The Inside Sales Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and guide potential customers through Hoora’s services and products.
Responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining service packages and pricing, following up on app and website inquiries, and converting prospects into paying customers. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and supporting promotional campaigns. The Inside Sales Associate will also focus on customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, collecting feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement in sales and service processes.
