Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company's employer brand presence across social media and review sites.
• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
• Create engaging content highlighting company culture and employee testimonials.
• Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
• Develop and execute creative recruitment marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.




• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
• Ability to analyze recruitment marketing KPIs and optimize spend.
