We are looking Corporate Lawyer is a legal professional who advises companies on business-related legal matters, contracts, compliance, transactions, and corporate governance.

Experience : 2-4 Yrs
Location : Noida - 63

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and business contracts
• Handle corporate agreements, NDAs, MoUs, vendor/customer agreements
• Advise on Companies Act, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
• Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A;), joint ventures, investments, and restructuring
• Manage legal risks and provide legal opinions/advice to management
• Coordinate with external counsels and regulatory authorities
• Handle corporate disputes and litigation coordination




• Conduct legal due diligence for business transactions
• Maintain corporate records and support Board/Shareholder matters

Typical Must-Have Skills:
• LLB/LLM degree
• Strong knowledge of Corporate & Commercial Law
• Contract drafting and negotiation
• Knowledge of Companies Act and regulatory compliance
• Legal research and documentation
• Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience with corporate transactions and due diligence
