Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a creative VP, HR Business Partnering to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute initiatives to boost remote team engagement and morale.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
• Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Deep knowledge of up-to-date employment laws and HR best practices.




• High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening abilities.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
