Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and expense vouchers.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GST reconciliation.




• Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and quarterly return preparation.
• Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime or other accounting software.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities, including preparation of MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase orders, vendor bills, payment approvals, and documentation.
• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and preparation of supporting financial documents.
• Monitor outstanding payments, employee reimbursements, petty cash, and expense statements.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
