Eligibility & Required Skills

• Undergraduate degree, preferably B.E./B.Tech pass out in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Positive understanding of computer fundamentals, Windows operating systems, and basic troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of programming or scripting concepts is preferred.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software installation processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic awareness of ITIL processes and IT service management is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to IT infrastructure concepts such as Windows administration, Active Directory, or endpoint management.
