Welocalize (Welo Data) is hiring for the role of Associate Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Execute delivery plans, milestones, resourcing, and controls for large or multi-workstream AI data projects (collection, labeling, evaluation).
- Contribute to regular governance, client management, status sessions, and financial tracking (budgets, rates, margins, forecasts).
- Partner with the Quality Analyst team to ensure QA approach, continuous improvement loops, and adherence to security/privacy policies.
- Plan and secure rater/annotator capacity, align training and shifts across time zones, and run root-cause/corrective actions for risks.
- Contribute to SOPs, templates, dashboards,



and pilot current delivery methods and services for AI data programs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, data/operations, engineering, or related fields.
- 1+ years leading complex project delivery or operations (AI data, content review, annotation, labeling, or adjacent domains).
- Strong planning, organization, financial awareness, and clear written/spoken communication with senior client stakeholders.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and familiarity with generative AI tools or data-annotation platforms.
