Key responsibilities:

- Manage API business profitability and budgets.
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual production budgets.
- Coordinate production planning with marketing requirements.
- Resolve supply issues and ensure timely deliveries.
- Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Identify new API products for development.
- Evaluate market potential, product expiry, and business risks.
- Prepare business cases and investment proposals.
- Monitor recent product development timelines.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs.Support the Director/CEO in business decisions and change management.

Experience:

- 5+ years of similar experience in a Chemical/Pharma Manufacturing Company.

Qualification:

- Chemical Engineer or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, plus an MBA from a reputed institute.
