HIKINEX is hiring for the role of Marketing Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Assist with creating and editing marketing materials in Canva (social media posts, presentations, one-pagers, landing page assets, etc.).
- Support the Creative Director and Content Strategist by scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal marketing activities while organizing the department's digital asset library.
- Track project timelines, update project progress in tracking tools, proofread/format content, and maintain marketing documentation/SOPs.
- Leverage AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI) to accelerate research, content creation, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:





- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or related projects (no formal degree required).
- Working knowledge of Canva and familiarity with AI productivity tools.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills with good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote workplace.
- Submission of 2–3 work samples (social media posts, presentations, university work, personal projects, or marketing campaigns).
