Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective learners.
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses and training programs.
Conduct sales counselling and explain course details, benefits, pricing, and career relevance.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Handle customer objections related to pricing, course value, and decision-making.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records in the CRM.
Build strong relationships with prospects and provide a positive customer experience.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.




Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams when required.
Track daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication and solid sales aptitude may also apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
Familiarity with CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.
Prior experience in EdTech, education sales, or professional training is an advantage.

Compensation will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
