Role Description The Business Partnership and Strategic Alliance Executive is a full-time role responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that strengthen Soultrove’s ecosystem. Based in Bengaluru in a hybrid setup, the role involves meeting external partners in office while also handling planning, coordination, and follow-ups from home.



Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and onboarding partner organizations, negotiating collaboration terms, and aligning partners with Soultrove’s mission and offerings. The role also involves conducting market and stakeholder analysis, preparing business proposals, tracking KPIs, and ensuring smooth partner engagement and service delivery. This position works closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to co-create initiatives, support joint campaigns, and expand Soultrove’s reach within the developmental disabilities and allied health space.
Qualifications

• Strong business planning and business development skills, with the ability to design, evaluate, and grow strategic alliances.
• Solid analytical skills to conduct market research, assess partnership opportunities, and track performance metrics.
