Job Title: Senior Executive Finance & Accounts
Experience: 3-6 Years
Location: Vadodara (On-Site)
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive Finance & Accounts to support our finance department with accounting, financial reporting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical skills, be well-versed in financial principles, and have hands-on experience with accounting software and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reconciliations:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, journal entries, and general ledger functions.
• Scrutinize general ledger accounts periodically to ensure correctness of postings.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reconciliations of balance sheet items.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts, vendor/customer balances, and advances.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on AR aging, AP aging, cash flow forecasts, payment schedules and provisions

Compliance & Reporting:




• Preparing monthly MIS reports with other month end workings
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis
• Support timely closing of books and financial reporting in line with accounting standards
• Support external and internal audit processes by preparing required documentation

Regulatory & Legal Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all financial laws and regulations as per Companies Act, GST Act, Income Tax Act, and others as applicable
• Maintain documentation and records as per statutory retention requirements
• Prepare reports/statements for regulatory authorities as required

Requirements:
Education & experience:
• Master's degree in commerce, Finance, or related field
• CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA in Finance preferred
• 3-6 years of relevant hands-on experience in finance or accounting roles with a track record of increasing responsibility
