Job Summary
The Associate Manager – Business Development will be responsible for expanding the company's Formulation Manufacturing business by acquiring new domestic and international customers, strengthening existing business relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving assigned revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Acquire clients, including merchant exporters, importers, distributors, and other potential business partners.
• Generate and qualify business leads and convert prospective opportunities into commercial business.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to support customer retention and repeat business.




• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with relevant internal departments to address queries and fulfil business expectations.
• Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging business opportunities.
• Recommend recent products or portfolio enhancements based on market demand and customer feedback.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio, manufacturing capabilities, and services.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, order quantities, and other commercial conditions within approved company guidelines.
• Follow up on commercial proposals and coordinate with relevant teams regarding agreed customer requirements.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to develop business connections.
