Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service cum Sales Executive role based in Malappuram. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing shipment information, and ensuring timely responses through phone, email, and other channels. The executive will coordinate with operations and logistics teams to arrange shipments, track consignments, and resolve service issues promptly.



Daily responsibilities include preparing quotations, following up with prospects, converting leads into sales, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role also includes updating records in internal systems, supporting documentation for freight and cargo services, and contributing to the achievement of sales and service targets.
Qualifications
• Customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate leads, prepare quotations, and close deals in a competitive logistics market.
• Basic logistics and shipping knowledge, such as familiarity with freight services, cargo handling, documentation, and GCC trade routes.
