Role Description The Sales Officer for UCV (Used Commercial Vehicle) business will manage end-to-end sales activities for used commercial vehicle loan products in the Saharanpur region. This is a full-time, in office role based in Saharanpur, involving daily interaction with customers, dealers, and other local partners. Responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, generating leads, explaining loan products and terms, and supporting customers through the application and documentation process.



The role requires regular field visits, coordination with channel partners, tracking sales targets, and ensuring timely follow-ups for closures. The Sales Officer will also handle basic customer service queries, maintain accurate records of sales operations, and collaborate with internal teams for smooth disbursement and post-sales support.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with diverse customers and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and meet sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience to build and maintain relationships with dealers, agents, and other local partners.
