Role Description The Indian and Tandoor Commi role is a full time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Commi will support the Indian and tandoor section by preparing ingredients, marinating items, and assisting in cooking kebabs, breads, and curries under the guidance of senior chefs. Daily tasks include maintaining prep stations, following standard recipes and portion sizes, ensuring proper use of tandoor equipment,



and plating dishes according to restaurant standards. The role also involves adhering to hygiene and safety protocols, organizing storage areas, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service. The Commi is expected to learn and improve culinary techniques while contributing to consistent food quality and timely service.
Qualifications
