Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Employee Relations Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and global labor laws.
• Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and strict compliance.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
• Design and execute initiatives to boost remote team engagement and morale.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
• High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).




• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
• Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
• Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening abilities.
