Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Immigration Consultant role based in South Delhi. The Sales Immigration Consultant will engage with prospective clients, understand their immigration goals, and recommend suitable visa pathways and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining immigration procedures and requirements, preparing and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with internal case-processing teams. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, following up on leads, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting defined conversion and revenue targets. The consultant will also stay updated on immigration policies, participate in training sessions, and contribute to client-centric improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of immigration issues and global immigration trends, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
• Knowledge of visas and related application procedures, including eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.




• Familiarity with basic immigration law principles and regulatory frameworks affecting international movement.
• Consulting skills, including client needs assessment, solution presentation, and relationship management.
• Sales and customer service abilities, with experience in lead conversion and managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Comfort using CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, education consulting, or related service industries is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in immigration, law, or international studies are beneficial.
