About the roleWe are looking for a polished, high-performing Sales Executive who can turn warm, high-intent enquiries into confirmed premium orders and programme enrolments, primarily over video calls.
This is not a cold-calling or volume-dialling role. You will run structured consultations with parents, families, gift-buyers and aspiring entrepreneurs, understand what they want to preserve or build, present the right solution,



handle objections confidently and close high-value sales.

Key responsibilities• Conduct scheduled video-call consultations with qualified leads and close sales of premium castings, luxury frames, custom commissions, training programmes and franchise opportunities.
• Follow a structured consultative process: discovery, needs analysis, solution presentation, objection handling and closing.
• Present products visually on calls using samples, catalogues and screen-shared portfolios.
• Respond to inbound enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, the website and referrals within agreed timelines, and book qualified leads into consultations.
• Upsell and cross-sell premium frames, add-ons and family packages to maximise order valu
