Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management. This full-time, on-site role is based in Trivandrum and involves supporting HR operations such as attendance and payroll coordination, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. The role includes handling employee relations issues,
