The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and continuously improving AI‑driven and automated solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet evolving business and IT needs. This role partners closely with service owners, product managers, ITSM process owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intelligent, scalable,



and user‑centric capabilities that leverage ServiceNow’s native AI and automation features (e.g., Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer).
