Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. The Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch operations and sales activities,



including planning and achieving business targets for life insurance products, managing distribution channels, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role oversees branch staff, provides mentoring and performance management, and ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines. The Branch Manager will monitor key performance metrics, drive local marketing initiatives, and build strong relationships with customers, bank partners, and other stakeholders. The position also involves preparing regular reports, managing branch resources efficiently, and supporting organizational growth through proactive business development in the local market.
