Role Description The Spare Parts role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The team member will manage spare parts inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing parts to service advisors and technicians, while maintaining accurate stock records. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with the workshop and front office to identify parts requirements, preparing quotations, and supporting timely order placement and billing. The role involves checking parts quality,



organizing parts in a logical and safe manner, and performing regular stock audits and reconciliations. The individual will also interact with customers and vendors as needed, ensure adherence to company procedures, and support smooth workshop operations.
Qualifications

• Experience in spare parts management, including inventory handling, stock control, and basic warehousing practices.
• Knowledge of automotive components and vehicle parts, with the ability to identify and match parts to service requirements.
• Proficiency in using inventory or ERP software, as well as basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, data entry).
• Strong attention to detail, record-keeping accuracy, and ability to follow standardized processes.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for coordinating with technicians, advisors, vendors, and customers.
