Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a strategic Survey Analyst to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify critical trends, behavioral patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets.
• Conduct deep-dive research to answer complex operational questions.
• Extract, aggregate, clean, and analyze data from multiple disparate sources.
• Present complex data findings and actionable strategic recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional ability to translate raw data into clear, business-driven narratives.
• Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI,
Looker).
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
