Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at BeyondSure is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves managing recruitments and day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring accurate HR documentation. The Human Resources Executive will support employee relations by addressing queries, coordinating performance reviews, and helping to foster an inclusive,



collaborative work workplace. The role includes implementing and updating HR policies in line with local regulations, coordinating payroll inputs and benefits administration, and supporting recruitment activities such as screening candidates and scheduling interviews. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with leadership to support workforce planning, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

Experience : 6 months to 2 years only.
