The Role

An exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the District Nursing Service as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse. This role is ideal for a motivated nurse who holds a first-level Adult Nursing qualification and is passionate about delivering high-quality care within community settings. Working as part of the wider Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their own homes and community locations, supporting independence, health promotion, rehabilitation and effective management of nursing needs.
