About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR & Recruitment Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations across multiple businesses under the Founder’s Office.
This is an execution-focused role. The candidate must follow defined criteria, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely hiring and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities• Recruitment: Post jobs on Linkedin, Apna, WorkIndia and other platforms; source candidates and maintain a recruitment pipeline.
• Shortlisting: Screen CVs against predefined KRAs, KPIs, experience, salary and other job-specific criteria.
• First-Round Interviews: Call candidates, conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate them using standard scorecards.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule shortlisted candidates for the Founder’s final interview and maintain follow-up records.
• Offer & Onboarding:
Issue approved offer letters, collect documents and coordinate joining formalities.
• HR Operations: Track daily attendance, leaves, employee records and monthly salary calculations.
• Reporting: Submit daily recruitment updates, pending positions, interview schedules, joining status and attendance reports.
• Process Improvement: Maintain recruitment trackers, HR checklists and straightforward automated workflows.
Candidate Requirements• Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification is an advantage.
• 0–2 years of recruitment or HR operations experience; capable freshers may apply.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
• Organised, disciplined, data-driven and comfortable handling multiple hiring requirements.
• Willing to work from the office full-time.
