Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, understanding their energy requirements and converting opportunities into solar projects.

This is a field-oriented sales role suitable for candidates who are confident in customer interaction and interested in building a career in the renewable-energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads through field visits, referrals,



networking and local business development.
* Identify residential, commercial and industrial customers interested in solar energy.
* Meet customers and understand their electricity consumption and energy requirements.
* Explain Bluth Solar’s solar solutions, pricing, financing and available government incentives.
* Conduct customer presentations and site visits.
* Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, system design and quotations.
* Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.
* Convert qualified leads into confirmed solar projects.
* Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
* Develop relationships with builders, architects, property developers, businesses and other potential referral partners.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales pipelines.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
