Job Title : Technical Manager - QA
Location : Viman Nagar, Pune
Shift Time: IST 2PM-11PM / IST 3PM-12AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager with a strong foundation in IT Services Delivery and support. The ideal candidate has transitioned from a Delivery role, bringing deep operational insight, client-facing expertise, and a track record of managing end-to-end software delivery lifecycles. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management of teams across QA and IT services, ensuring high performance, solid governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, Data engineers, support teams, and delivery professionals.
• Build a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and growth planning.
• Resolve interpersonal and performance issues to maintain team harmony and effectiveness.
• Apply delivery insights to optimize team efficiency,



resource planning, and execution.
• Bridge the gap between project execution and operational stability by fostering collaboration across departments.
• Manage and monitor IT service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Required Skills: • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in IT services, including 5+ years in Delivery roles and 3+ years in people management.
• Strong QA and Data support background with experience in test management, automation tools, and quality metrics.
• Proven experience in managing geographically distributed teams.
• Proficient in delivery management tools, QA tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Selenium), Data Engineering tool.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
