Crystamond Global is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to build qualified ERP pipeline across India.

Role OverviewYou will be the first point of contact between Crystamond Global and prospective ERP buyers in India.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify companies that are outgrowing systems such as Tally,



QuickBooks, Zoho Books, spreadsheets, legacy ERPs or fragmented finance applications, engage senior decision-makers, and book qualified discovery meetings for our ERP solution team.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a founder-led consulting firm. You will not simply execute predefined campaigns—you will help shape our India outbound strategy, target-account approach and messaging.

Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting and Outreach
• Research and build target account lists based on our ideal customer profile, including growing, multi-entity and mid-market businesses across India
• Identify buying signals such as funding rounds, acquisitions, recent subsidiaries, rapid expansion, ERP or finance hiring, IPO preparation and legacy system limitations
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn and phone
• Engage CFOs, Finance Controllers, Finance Directors, COOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Foun
