ABOUT Tejaki
Tejaki is Blowtrumpet’s publisher-facing supply-side platform (SSP), built for content creators who want transparent monetisation. Tejaki runs on offers — not blind bids — so creators know what they are earning and why. It supports multiple content formats and fair revenue distribution. Tejaki is a product under Blowtrumpet Technologies.
THE ROLE
Build creator-first experiences — onboarding flows, earnings transparency, content upload pipelines, and monetisation controls that feel fair and empowering to publishers of every size.
What You Will Do
• Lead UX research — user interviews, usability testing, task analysis, and journey mapping
• Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Build and iterate on front-end implementations based on usability data
• Define information architecture and navigation patterns across product surfaces
• Set up analytics and event tracking to measure user behaviour and task completion
• Advocate for the user in architecture and product decisions
What We Are Looking For
• Background in HCI, interaction design, or UX engineering
• Proficiency in React/Next.js — you prototype in code, not just in Figma
• Experience running usability studies and translating findings into design changes
• Understanding of accessibility, cognitive load, and information hierarchy
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with analytics tools and A/B testing
• Portfolio showing UX-driven engineering work, not just visual design
