Job Summary
Fundenflo is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to manage client communication, collect loan-related documents, and coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and DSAs to facilitate smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their loan requirements.
- Collect and verify documents required for loan applications.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and DSAs for application processing.
- Follow up on pending documents, application status, and queries.
- Maintain client records and update loan application trackers.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between clients and lending partners.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan processing and documentation preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Experience in banking, NBFCs, fintech, or financial services is an advantage.
