Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for promoting Industry Ready Academy’s training programs and services. The role includes identifying and qualifying leads, conducting consultations with potential learners and corporate clients, and presenting suitable training solutions. The Sales Specialist will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing enrollments, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.



Daily activities involve follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person meetings, coordinating with the training team to understand offerings, and contributing to sales strategies and outreach campaigns. The role also includes delivering clear information about course benefits, fees, and schedules, and supporting post-sale customer engagement to encourage repeat business and referrals.
