Role Overview
The role focuses on email marketing, organic outreach, social media engagement, lead generation and day-to-day marketing operations. This is not a paid advertising or performance marketing role.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with marketing tools, AI, data and multiple stakeholders to ensure timely execution and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing & Targeted Outreach
• Create and execute HTML email campaigns using email marketing platforms and AI tools.
• Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, unsubscribes and bounce records.
• Set up UTM tracking, monitor campaign performance and maintain weekly reports.
• Plan targeted campaigns, client communications and follow-ups as per the marketing calendar.
• Work towards defined monthly lead generation targets through targeted email campaigns, prospect research and organic outreach.

2. Social Media & Content Management




• Maintain the social media posting calendar and coordinate content, creatives and approvals.
• Create or coordinate text, images and videos for campaigns and social media.
• Monitor engagement, follower growth and enquiries.
• Use AI tools to improve content creation and execution efficiency.

3. Website & Marketing Operations
• Manage and maintain website content using WordPress, including page updates, content accuracy and basic on-page SEO.Maintain marketing calendars, trackers and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure timely execution of planned marketing activities and approvals.
• Drive organic follower growth and engagement across company social media platforms against defined monthly targets

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with database providers, event organisers, creative/design agencies, advertising and IT vendors.
• Obtain quotations, compare proposals and follow up on
